This policy applies to anyone using a website, portal, app, API, software or hosting that 7StartUp builds, hosts or provides — including our client portal. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

You may not use our services to

  • Break any law or regulation, or help others do so
  • Commit fraud, phishing, identity theft or money laundering, or move proceeds of crime
  • Impersonate any person, company, bank or government body, or create sites that look like official government portals
  • Collect, verify or store anyone's personal data, Aadhaar, PAN, bank or biometric details without their informed consent or a lawful reason
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them
  • Sell counterfeit, illegal or restricted goods, or run gambling, betting or "money doubling" schemes not permitted by law
  • Host malware, attack other systems, or try to break into or overload any system — including ours
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property
  • Publish content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful or harmful to children

Fintech, verification and messaging tools

Portals and APIs for recharge, BBPS, AEPS, money transfer, PAN services, KYC/verification and WhatsApp/SMS messaging must be used only:

  • through properly authorised providers, with your own valid registrations and agreements
  • in line with the rules of RBI, NPCI, UIDAI, the Income Tax Department, TRAI/DLT and other applicable authorities
  • with customer consent, accurate records and secure handling of credentials and data

You are responsible for your users, retailers and distributors, and for KYC and record-keeping required by your providers.

Security responsibilities

Keep passwords, API keys and admin access confidential, use strong passwords and two-step verification where available, and tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorised access.

What happens if this policy is broken

We may suspend or terminate access to the affected service, remove content, preserve records and report illegal activity to the authorities, without refund for the period of suspension where the breach is serious.
