We design and develop websites, apps and software to the requirements given by each client. Before starting, our team reviews the requirement and builds only for lawful purposes. The client confirms that the project, its content and its intended use are legal and that the client holds every licence and approval needed.

After delivery, the software is owned, hosted, operated and controlled by the client. 7StartUp has no control over, and is not responsible or liable for, how a client or any third party uses, modifies or operates the delivered software, or for any content, transactions or activities carried out through it. Any misuse, illegal use or use in breach of a licence or third-party terms is solely the responsibility of the person who does it. If we learn that a project is being used, or is intended to be used, for an unlawful purpose, we may stop work, withhold delivery, end support and report the matter to the authorities as required by law. Third-party and government services

Our portals and software may connect to third-party providers or government systems (for example payment gateways, BBPS, verification, travel or messaging APIs, or official document services). 7StartUp is an independent software and services provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Protean (NSDL), UTIITSL, UIDAI, the Income Tax Department, NPCI, IRCTC, any bank or any government body. Access to regulated services requires your own eligibility, registrations and agreements with authorised providers, and you are responsible for complying with their rules and applicable law.

Names such as Zomato, Swiggy, Uber, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WordPress, Google, ChatGPT and others are trademarks of their respective owners. We mention them only to describe the type of features or integrations we provide; this does not imply any partnership or endorsement.
