7StartUp provides digital and professional services. We do not sell or ship physical products, so no physical shipping or courier delivery is involved. This policy explains how and when our services are delivered.

How services are delivered

  • Websites, apps, portals and software — delivered online: deployed to your domain/hosting or our servers, published to app stores where included, and handed over through your client portal with access details, source files and documentation as agreed in the quote.
  • SEO, digital marketing, social media and maintenance — delivered as ongoing work during the subscription period, with reports shared in the client portal or by email.
  • Design work (logos, UI/UX, creatives) — delivered as digital files (PDF, PNG, SVG, source files) through the client portal or email.
  • Software licences and setups — activated online, with login details shared securely.
  • Recruitment services — delivered as candidate shortlists, interview coordination and onboarding support, as per the agreed proposal.

Delivery timelines

Indicative timelines are shown on each service page (for example "Live in 7–10 days"). The binding timeline is the one stated in your accepted quote. Work usually starts once the advance payment is received and all required content, access and approvals are provided.

You can follow progress, milestones and deliveries at any time in your client portal.

Delays

Timelines may move if content, approvals or access are delayed, if the scope changes, or because of third-party dependencies (app store reviews, domain/DNS changes, payment-gateway or API provider approvals). We will keep you informed through the portal and agree any revised dates with you.

Delivery confirmation

When work is ready, we mark it "Ready for review" in your client portal. You can approve the delivery or request changes within the scope of the quote. Approval, or using the delivered work live, confirms delivery.

Charges

There are no shipping charges. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, paid plugins, app-store fees or API charges are listed separately in your quote.
