Services

We provide website design and development, e-commerce, mobile apps, portal software, SEO, digital marketing, automation and recruitment services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and price of each project are set out in the proposal or quotation shared with you, which forms part of these terms.

Quotes and payments

  • Quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Projects usually start after an advance payment; the balance is payable as per the agreed milestones.
  • Prices exclude GST and third-party costs (domain, hosting, paid plugins, ad spend, API or messaging charges) unless stated in the quote.
  • Monthly services (SEO, marketing, maintenance, software subscriptions) are billed in advance.

Online quotes, client portal and e-acceptance

  • Quotes, invoices, milestones, messages and deliverables are shared through your secure client portal. Keep your login details confidential; actions taken from your account are treated as yours.
  • Accepting a quote online — by typing your name and confirming — is a binding electronic acceptance of that quote's scope, price and terms. We record the name, date, time and IP address of the acceptance.
  • Payments are made only against invoices in your portal, via the payment link, UPI or bank details shown there. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account.
  • Delivery is confirmed when you approve it in the portal or start using the delivered work live. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide content, images, logins and approvals on time; delays may shift timelines.
  • Ensure you have the rights to all content and materials you provide.
  • Use the software and portals we deliver lawfully and in line with the terms of any government or third-party service you connect to them.

Lawful purpose and client warranty

By sending a requirement or accepting a quote, you confirm and warrant that:

  • the project and its intended use are lawful in every country or state where it will be used;
  • you hold, or will obtain before going live, all licences, registrations, approvals and third-party agreements the business needs (for example RBI, NPCI, SEBI, TRAI, DLT, FSSAI, drug, gaming or travel approvals, where applicable);
  • the requirement, content and information you give us are true and do not infringe anyone's rights.

We build to your stated requirement and review it for lawful purpose before starting, but we cannot verify every intention or monitor how the software is used. After delivery, the software is operated and controlled by you, and you are solely responsible for its use, content, data and transactions. We are not liable for any misuse, illegal use or breach of law by you, your staff, your users or any third party.

We may refuse a project, or stop work, withhold delivery, suspend hosting or support and end the engagement without liability, if we reasonably believe a project is or may be used for an unlawful purpose or breaches our Acceptable Use Policy. Fees for work already done remain payable.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 7StartUp, its directors, employees and partners from any claim, penalty, loss, damage or legal cost (including reasonable lawyers' fees) arising from your use of the delivered software or services, your content, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or third-party right.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final website design and custom code developed for you transfers to you, except third-party components (themes, plugins, libraries, fonts, stock images) that remain under their own licences. We may show the completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Third-party platforms

Our portals and automation tools may work with third-party or government systems (such as payment gateways, messaging APIs or official document portals). 7StartUp is an independent software and services provider and is not affiliated with Protean (NSDL), UTIITSL, UIDAI, the Income Tax Department or any government body. We are not responsible for the availability, changes or decisions of third-party platforms.

Results

We follow best practices for SEO and marketing, but rankings, traffic and sales depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and competition. We do not guarantee specific rankings or results.

Recruitment services

We never charge job seekers any fee. Hiring decisions are made by the employer. Employer fees and replacement terms are as per the agreed proposal.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or data.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as per the proposal. Work completed until termination is payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
